We are looking for an accounting assistant on behalf of our client for a consulting assignment starting immediately until April 30, 2025. The work is full-time, 100% during office hours at the client's premises centrally located in Norrköping. Work is also required during holiday periods.
Your responsibilities
As an accounting assistant with our client, you are a central and important resource with many contacts, where you are part of our service function for the Community Building Office.
Your responsibilities include parts of the office's invoice management, supplier invoices, and customer invoicing, as well as debt collection management.
You work in a team closely with your colleagues who have similar tasks, where we continuously develop the operations together.
Your qualifications
High school education with a focus on economics or equivalent.
Good experience working with various IT systems.
Previous experience working with accounting systems.
Meritorious
Experience working with finance in public operations.
As a person, we see that you are service-oriented, structured, and have good collaboration skills.
